Over the past week, the home improvement community has stepped up in an incredible way to support those impacted by the sudden closure of Renovo Home Partners. What could have been an isolating moment instead became a powerful reminder of how tightly connected this industry is. On Monday, more than a dozen companies came together—competitors on paper, but teammates in purpose—to share opportunities, provide guidance, and help talented people find their next chapter. It was a meaningful event that reflected the best of who we are. The news of Renovo’s closure is disheartening. Hundreds of families are navigating unexpected uncertainty. But the response from across our industry—the willingness to collaborate, show up, and create a path forward—is what gives moments like this hope. At Great Day Improvements, we were proud to stand alongside our peers in support of those affected. This industry is stronger when we lift one another up, and yesterday proved just how resilient, compassionate, and people-driven this community truly is.
