Employee Spotlight: Deanna De La Pasqua As Total Rewards Manager, Deanna has been with HellermannTyton for five and a half years. Her team ensures that all HellermannTyton US employees are paid accurately and have the health and financial benefits needed to support their families. One of her favorite times of year is annual benefits enrollment, when the team “takes the show on the road” to meet employees in person or virtually across all locations. She loves sharing her knowledge and helping colleagues make the best decisions for their families. Outside of work, Deanna values spending time with her close-knit family and celebrating life’s milestones together. She and her husband, Peter (a retired chef), enjoy cooking, traveling and some friendly competition over the cribbage board. She also finds relaxation through yoga, crocheting and photography. As a breast cancer survivor, she’s especially proud to serve as captain of HellermannTyton’s Susan G. Komen team.
