What if leaving the corporate world wasn’t reckless but actually the most strategic thing you’ve ever done? 👋 Hi, I’m Nancy Chu, a former PM Director at Roku and PM Manager at Meta turned leadership coach for high-achieving leaders in tech. For years, I grinded in big tech. Sometimes I slaved, sometimes I thrived. I had the high total compensation, the high-performance teams, the high performance reviews… But I also had an inner voice asking, “What if there’s more?” More space. More alignment. More impact on a human level. I finally listened to that voice in 2023, after I was suddenly laid off from a job that I loved. And while in that decision phase, I worried that I’d be seen as a tech “drop out” who “couldn’t handle it.” But through a lot of coaching, I worked up the courage to FIRE and chose to design a business that reflects the life I actually want to live. Now, I run a small coaching practice helping leaders in tech land L6-L9 roles and grow into strategic and calm leaders once they’re in the seat. My days are spent coaching brilliant minds, building systems that scale without all that chaos, and being present as a mom. Tools like HoneyBook have made this possible. I use it to manage every part of my client journey, from lead to contract to invoice to post-graduation follow-up.
