Our employees WOW us every day! 🤩 We are so proud of our team members that we are celebrating with a Wall of WOW. Each quarter, employees nominate co-workers who deserve recognition for their dedication to Indian Creek Foundation. We aren’t just dropping names in a box though. When we nominate someone, we share wonderful comments about them, and those comments are posted on our Wall of WOW in the lobby. This is a great way to encourage one another and thank them for all they do to make Indian Creek a great place to work. Congratulations to our Winter Wall of WOW winners: Brittany Colwell, Leslie Fisher, Brooke Melendez, Anne Westrom. And congratulations to all of our nominees!

Congratulations to Our Newly Promoted Senior Directors! Indian Creek Foundation is proud to announce the promotion of four exceptional leaders to the role of Senior Director: Dwayne Gilliland of Residential Services, Kelli Larkins, of Human Resources; Amanda Pfister of Behavior Health Services, and Brett Wells of Development, IT and Faith Based Services. These promotions recognize their outstanding leadership, dedication, and for the on-going development of the programs they oversee. Each of these individuals has demonstrated unwavering commitment to our mission and has consistently upheld the highest standards of service for the individuals and families we support. CEO, Dr. Tim Barksdale, created this next level of leadership to develop clear and meaningful career pathways for emerging leaders by opening spaces for new directors and for other position advancements. By investing in leadership development, we ensure a stronger future for our staff, our programs, and most importantly, the people we serve. The role of Senior Director is reserved for those who have completed a minimum of five years of service as a director, and who have demonstrated an exceptional record of contribution, and dedication to the Indian Creek Foundation. Please join us in celebrating Dwayne, Kelli, Amanda, and Brett for their well-earned accomplishments and continued leadership at Indian Creek Foundation.

We also enjoyed friendly, but fierce, competition on our Silent Auction items. Congratulations to all of our winners. You raised $18,400! We hope you enjoy your amazing items and experiences. “Continuity gives us roots; change gives us branches, letting us stretch and grow and reach new heights.” ~Pauline R. Kezer In April, we announced that Dean Stoesz would be retiring as CEO of Indian Creek Foundation. In September, we introduced Dr. Tim Barksdale as the 4th CEO since our incorporation 50 years ago. Dean has officially stepped down from his position, and we are grateful for the time he poured into this transition. The continuity of faithful leadership at Indian Creek Foundation has established strong roots for our organization. Change, while challenging, has always brought us growth and new opportunities to serve our community. Thank you, Dean, for supporting and trusting your staff to Serve Every One. We will miss you!
