This week I had the opportunity to travel east and visit several J Cumby Construction jobsites across Tennessee and North Carolina. While the progress on each project was great to see, the real purpose of the trip was even more important—spending time with the incredible workforce who makes all of it possible. I wanted to personally thank team members, remind them that their work is seen, and reinforce that they belong and matter here at JCC.
