No matter how advanced your tech stack or how strong your team is, when stress hits, everything comes down to your supply chain. If it isn’t secure, it becomes a point of exposure and liability. Just one malware attack can shut down 50,000+ endpoints, halt operations, cut off customer access, and bring major ports to a standstill. It feels like a distant scenario … until it isn’t. The signals are there: hidden bottlenecks, blind spots, flawed decision frameworks. The good news? You can strengthen your supply chain before the pressure hits by stress-testing across four critical areas: https://bit.ly/48kixRd Authors: Rahul Anand, Chady Daccache, Toufik M'didech, James Johnson, and Thomas Prospert

The IGNITE Thailand launch event powered by Kearney and Egon Zehnder at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, brought together the 13-member advisory board comprised of Thailand’s most influential women business leaders and more than 30 mentors and mentees. This power-packed gathering represented the Thailand of today and tomorrow, bringing together women leaders from a variety of Thai and multinational companies. IGNITE Thailand is built on the five pillars of R.A.I.S.E.: recognize and celebrate achievements, advocate for positive change, share insights on advancing career growth, support through mentorship and meaningful connections, and empower for continued career growth through capability building. The event opened with a silent prayer honoring the late Queen Mother, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, whose lifelong dedication to advancing Thai women continues to inspire the nation. K. Wallaya Chirathivat, advisory board member at IGNITE Thailand and president and CEO of Central Pattana, shared the vision behind the program: “IGNITE Thailand was created to empower and connect women leaders across industries. More than just a program, it is a platform to unlock the next generation of women leaders. When women advance, society advances.” Learn more about IGNITE Thailand: https://lnkd.in/gK8sMDeJ Read more: https://lnkd.in/gW7azwie Advisory board: Nualphan Lamsam, Wallaya Chirathivat, Pitiporn Bee Phanaphat, Nok Anulomsombut, Gloyta Nathalang, Panchalee Weeratammawat, Tongjai Thanachanan, Sarinra Wongsuppaluk, Susanne Migchels, Reetima Rakyan, Dr. Lisa Patvivatsiri, Chompan Kulnides, Voraphak Banlengchit Leona Tan, Henny Purnamawati, Janewit Kraprayoon, Siddharth Pathak, Say Sripaipan, Shirley Santoso, Candace Chui, and MyMai Yungrattanachai

As part of the AI-First Enterprises initiative, a World Economic Forum initiative in collaboration with Kearney, 35 AI innovation leaders and executives from the Centre for AI Excellence’s AI-First Initiative convened in San Francisco to explore how organizations can truly become AI-First. The conversation focused on moving from pilots to real, scalable impact, where trust, responsible adoption, and empowered human–AI collaboration define success. We heard how AI-native companies are reshaping industries, how customer journeys are being rewritten with AI-driven interactions, and why adaptive operating models are now essential for leaders aiming to scale responsibly. As Michael Römer, a partner and global co-lead, Activate: Digital and Analytics at Kearney, noted, these themes will continue to guide joint work through the World Economic Forum’s AI-First Enterprises initiative. We will be exploring this even deeper at Davos 2026, including during our upcoming session, Growth by design: Making AI investments count, where senior leaders will convene to examine how intentional architecture—rather than unchecked expansion—will define enduring value in the AI era.
