Knowbility's mission is to create an inclusive digital world for people with disabilities. Our Community Programs and Accessibility Services teach, train, and promote inclusive and accessible design across sectors and industry. We help make the internet and other technologies accessible to people who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, have mobility constraints, or have cognitive or learning disabilities. Our goal is to create a barrier-free world of information technology so that people with disabilities can fully participate in the business, educational, and cultural marketplace and reach their full potential. Through education, awareness, and advocacy, we work to ensure equal access to technology for the over one billion disabled people around the world. Knowbility’s team of experts is internationally recognized for its role in helping to create the worldwide standard for web accessibility implementation and training. As a result, the organization is a preeminent source for guidance in meeting government and international accessibility standards. A moment of pride for Canada! Today, December 3, 2025, Canada released the world’s first standard on accessible and equitable AI: CAN-ASC-6.2:2025- Accessible and Equitable Artificial Intelligence Systems (https://lnkd.in/g2Z-iZJK) Thank you, Accessibility Standards Canada, for your foresight and support in creating accessible standards.
