He’s a Master Instructor, Safety Officer, and Master Resilience Trainer, with a passion for applying military-tested training methods to strengthen civilian workforce development—especially in the skilled trades. Investing in the next generation of welders and builders. 🔥🔧 Lexicon was proud to attend the American Welding Society Student Fair at the Arkansas Northeastern College Center for Allied Technologies in Blytheville, Arkansas, an event designed to inspire future welding and industrial professionals. Students had the chance to experience hands-on activities like welding demos, blacksmithing, cornhole, and great food, all while connecting with industry leaders. A special highlight of the day was our own Viji Kuruvilla, Lexicon’s Vice President of Quality, speaking to students about career paths, craftsmanship, and the importance of excellence in the trades. Viji is not only a respected leader within Lexicon, but he is also an AWS Life Member, an honor held by fewer than 20 professionals nationwide each year. We’re proud to look back on one of Heritage Links' standout projects at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our work at this historic course included extensive tree clearing, fairway expansion, creek and waterway enhancements, and a full rebuild of all greens, bunkers, and tees. We also installed a new irrigation system, upgraded practice areas, and added state-of-the-art hydronic heating and cooling systems beneath the greens to regulate soil temperatures year-round. Through every step, Heritage Links worked to restore Southern Hills to its Golden Age grandeur, while enhancing playability, performance, and agronomic excellence for the modern game.
