Fort Wayne’s Three Rivers Protection & Overflow Reduction Tunnel (3RPORT) is a major initiative to reduce sewage overflows, prevent neighborhood flooding and protect the St. Marys, St. Joseph and Maumee Rivers. MAPEI’s Underground Construction solutions supported multiple phases of this 4.6 mi (7.4 km) tunnel project — including concrete repair, ground improvement, leak mitigation, anchoring and key TBM operations deep within the bedrock.
