Congratulations to the teams that helped the Strip District Terminal Auction House receive multiple awards this week, including a Certificate of Merit from AIA Pittsburgh | The Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Institute of Architects Design Awards and a Merit Award in the Environmental Graphic Design category at the 2025 AIA Cincinnati Design Awards! As developers of the five-block-long historic Terminal, our hats go off the the myriad teams that contributed to this project's continued success! We thank you and congratulate you!

We were thrilled to welcome the Pittsburgh Walk of Fame to The Strip District Terminal in Pittsburgh on Monday! We estimate that over 1,000 people attended the unveiling event, which featured performances from the River City Brass Band, a ribbon-cutting, a warm welcome from our very own Daniel McCaffery, and an unveiling of the stars by the families of the honorees. On Friday, Ed Woodbury joined Springfield, MA, Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Chief Development Officer Tim Sheehan and representatives of the Springfield Redevelopment Authority to announce the completion of work to restore the historic turret clock on the Masonic Building at 113-115 State Street at the apex of State Street and Main Street – a milestone for the project and the City of Springfield. “We’ve drawn upon our extensive experience redeveloping historic buildings and adapting them for modern use,” explains Ed Woodbury, President of McCaffery Interests, Inc. “This first milestone of restoring the clock to its original condition is key to our goal of bringing these buildings to life and renewing the vibrancy of Downtown Springfield.”  https://lnkd.in/gbQnB3qA
