Things are moving right along in Lilburn!
Construction is moving steadily forward on The Porchline and the new parking deck along Railroad Avenue. New South Construction crews are completing key electrical and safety installations as the project progresses toward its winter 2026 – 2027 completion. Exciting progress for downtown Lilburn! Crews are putting the finishing touches on The Porchline parking deck, wrapping up punch list items and completing electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems. Meanwhile, the framing of the multi-family portion of the project is moving steadily as windows and doors are installed. This exciting development is transforming the heart of Old Town, and we can’t wait to see The Porchline's completion!

Hillcrest is officially underway! Alongside our partners Third & Urban, we recently broke ground on Hillcrest, an 8.1-acre mixed-use community in the heart of Sandy Springs, Georgia. The development will feature 362 premium apartment units, 30 luxury for-rent townhomes, and over 19,000 square feet of vibrant retail space seamlessly integrated with a central greenspace plaza. All portions of the project are expected to be delivered by the end of 2027. It's taken a great team effort to get to this point.
