What a magical night in Ellsworth!   We are honored to have partnered with the City of Ellsworth, Maine, as the Presenting Power Sponsor of their annual Holiday Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting on Saturday.  Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, and to the City of Ellsworth, volunteers, and local businesses who brought this tradition to life. Nexamp’s Vice President of Capital Markets & Strategy, Satoko Wakasa, joined the “Financing the Future: Navigating Political & Economic Uncertainty in Solar and Storage Development” panel at RE+ Midwest this week. The session brought together investors, project sponsors, and developers to explore how market dynamics have responded to the shifting federal policy landscape. Nexamp’s Policy Director, Jessica Collingsworth, spoke alongside other industry experts on a panel at RE+ Community Energy on Tuesday. During the “Community Energy at the Crossroads: What Comes Next as 2025 Ends?” session, panelists delved into the challenges and opportunities presented in 2025 and how to move forward in an ever-changing policy landscape, all while meeting the urgent demand for new generation resources.
