We are particularly thankful for our team members who work so hard to change lives and discover abilities, and the individuals and families we support, who help us see and understand the importance and value of inclusion. For people living with a disability, the holiday season often comes with a complicated mix of emotions, joy, love, frustration, and sometimes loneliness all at once. Keisha Greaves of Girls Chronically Rock reflects on what the holidays mean to her, and to so many in the disability community.

If there is one thing to add to your New Year's Resolutions, it would be to take one of these classes. Mental Health First Aid is as critical to learn as Advanced Medical First Aid (in my Humble opinion!).
