This #GivingTuesday, we’re honoring the power of community and the progress we’ve made side-by-side. Over the past year, your dedication has allowed us to reach more than 14,000 Community Members and Residents, offering crucial resources that help pave the way toward greater economic opportunity. Today, you can help keep that momentum going. Last week, our team traveled across New York City for our annual Turkey Drive Tour, visiting five Phipps Houses communities and delivering hundreds of turkeys to families preparing for the holiday. From the Bronx to Brooklyn to Far Rockaway, we were reminded of the incredible strength and warmth that lives within our communities. This season can be challenging for many, and we hope that these turkeys help make the holidays a little easier, a little brighter, and a lot more joyful. We are deeply grateful for every resident, volunteer, staff member, and partner who made this distribution one to remember. Your smiles and energy are the true spirit of Thanksgiving. A special thank you to the partners who stood with us: Lambert Houses (Bronx): Office of The Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson, Congressman Ritchie Torres, Councilmember Oswald Feliz, Assembly Member Karines Reyes, and Senator Luis Sepulveda Melrose (Bronx): Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson, Congressman Ritchie Torres, Assembly Member Chantel Jackson, Council Member-Elect Justin Sanchez, NYPD 42nd Precinct, and Bronx Community Planning Board 3 Far Rockaway (Queens): NYPD 101st Precinct and Safe Horizon Atlantic Chestnut (Brooklyn) and Apex (Queens) : Our heartfelt thanks to the residents and staff who showed up with warmth and enthusiasm. We’re wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and peaceful Thanksgiving. #TurkeyDrive2025 #Gratitude

We are honored and immensely grateful to announce that we are among the recipients of the 2025 Community Finance Initiative, supported by the Citi Foundation. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment and passion for nurturing financially healthy, thriving communities.
Recent studies show that in the U.S. today, only about 30% of the population is considered financially healthy. And many Americans are finding it difficult to keep up, as rising living and operational costs put additional pressure on both households and businesses. Today, the Citi Foundation has announced recipients of the 2025 Community Finance Initiative. Through this program, we’re providing funding to community organizations that deliver critical financial coaching and counseling for low-income families, individuals and entrepreneurs as they build financially healthy and resilient futures. Our Bridge to College & Careers (B2CC) students kicked off our new Student Engagement Series in partnership with Wells Fargo! This series connects Wells Fargo team members with high school students for real, inspiring career conversations and mentorship. Through B2CC, students receive personalized advising, career exploration workshops, and hands-on learning in areas such as financial literacy and college readiness. Meanwhile, the Work, Learn & Grow (WLG) program—in partnership with NYC Department of Youth & Community Development—offers paid work experiences during the school year, helping students strengthen key workplace skills. Together, these programs provide students not only with a glimpse into professional life but also the confidence and inspiration to envision what’s possible for their futures—as emerging leaders ready to pursue meaningful, opportunity-filled careers.
