These roles offer per diem, so if you are in the following areas please reach out: DFW, Houston, San Antonio, or the Valley region but willing to travel to Big Spring and/or Snyder, TX. Yesterday, Jon Ludrick, MBA, CSP, CHST represented SMG at the Advancing Data Center EHS event in Dallas, joining a panel of safety leaders from Digital Realty, Rowan Digital Infrastructure, and Yondr Group. The workshop focused on strengthening the industry through shared EHS standards, alignment on high-risk activities, and better collaboration across project partners. Events like this reinforce why strong, unified safety standards matter, especially in mission-critical environments. Today we had the privilege of hosting members of the Indiana Manufacturers Association at The Safety Yard. Our immersive, hands-on training facility brings safety training to life, using the same equipment and environments workers face on the job. Joe Clady, CSP, CUSP delivered an engaging and thought-provoking session on “Creating Effective Corrective Actions”. His message underscored the importance of clear communication within companies around safety concerns.
