Training Workshop - APM This week we had our final training workshop of 2025. This workshop was for our APM's. APM's are future property manager's. We are invested in helping them grow and develop into leaders. We had excellent presentation's by our HR Director Julie Cameron, SHRM-CP, our Director of Leasing Brandon Brown, CALP and a guest presentation by Bruce Luchansky. We Are Team Sage

Giving Back The Team at Mills Crossing held another successful Thanksgiving Food Drive. The good was donated to Prologue Inc. Prologue was formed in 1982 to offer residential support services in Baltimore County to persons with serious and persistent mental illness.

New Project Announcement - Stadium Square We are excited to share we started a new development project. We are building a 316 unit apartment community called Stadium Square. The project is in the growing Federal Hill Submarket and 1.5 mi from the new Under Armour HQ in Baltimore Peninsula. We Are Team Sage

Deal Announcement - Property Sold We sold our self-storage property in Aberdeen, MD. Sage purchased a 119,000SF office building and 3 parcels of land in Aberdeen in December 2021. We converted the office building into a self-storage facility. We developed an apartment community on the land in two phases. Phase two opened at the beginning of 2025 and is nearly at stabilization. We are pleased to share we have sold the self-storage facility to Prime Storage. You can see the progression in the photos

Deal Announcement The Sage portfolio is growing. We are excited to announce we have closed on two properties. Woods at Addison & Holly Spring Meadows. Totaling 449 Units. Stay tuned more announcements to come. We Are Team Sage

Leasing Workshop Continuous improvement is a core value at Sage. That’s one reason we have workshops for our Teams to learn, develop and continuously improve our skills. Yesterday our Leasing Team did just that and more. The Team is led by Brandon Brown, CALP. For this workshop he had the Leasing Managers present interactive sessions. They showed up and crushed it. Promotion Announcement - Kiara We are thrilled to announce that Kiara has been promoted to APM at Fieldside Grande. She joined Team Sage as a leasing specialist at Mills Crossing. She was then promoted to Leasing Manager. We are so excited she is now the APM at FG. Kiara is a Team player, she has a great attitude and she is proactive. We are grateful she is on Team Sage.
