Naito Outstanding Service Award. Named in honor of the late Bill Naito, this award recognizes leaders who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to our region. Jordan embodies this spirit in everything he does. Under his leadership, Schnitzer Properties has grown to over 31 million square feet across the Western U.S., making it one of the top 10 private real estate owners in the West. But Jordan's impact goes far beyond business success. Through the Harold & Arlene Schnitzer CARE Foundation, he has helped donate over $300 million to fund hundreds of nonprofit projects, supporting art, education, community development, and more.
