At Shaw, giving back is part of who we are. This year, our associates have packed food boxes, volunteered at local food banks, assembled snack packs for school children, and worked continually to fight food insecurity in our communities. Their commitment inspires us to do more. To support their efforts, Shaw is donating to 10 food banks in the communities where our associates live and work — because together, we can make a meaningful difference for families in need.

🎓 Congrats to the most recent graduates of our IGNITE program in Bartow County! 🎓 These three maintenance apprentices completed over 256 instructional hours at Chattahoochee Tech, along with over 1,000 on-the-job training hours at Shaw facilities. Programs like these are a great example of how Shaw continuously invests in associates and works to make sure it is equipped with talent that will drive future innovation and growth.

Earlier this month, Shaw welcomed 18 Dalton State College students for a two-day immersive experience designed to spark connections, foster professional growth and showcase the heart of our company. Students engaged with associates through development sessions, explored their strengths with the Learning Academy, enjoyed networking time, and participated in numerous tours and a service project. The message was clear: Shaw is more than a company — it’s a community. Events like these highlight the power of local partnerships and the enthusiasm of Shaw associates who are eager to invest in the next generation of talent.
