𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲. That’s what one of our proposal operations managers, Kelsea B., delivers in her work — and it’s pretty fantastic. We are consistently impressed by how she onboards knowledge on unfamiliar topics efficiently and then goes on to turn highly technical content into compelling prose that tells a powerful story. She’s a force behind the framing of our company’s technical solutions in the context of proposal requirements. When it comes to tackling our most complex proposals (think multiple volumes with high page counts, tight deadlines, and intricate proposal instructions), Kelsea’s response is, “Challenge accepted!” She unfailingly dives in headfirst, utilizing writing expertise to showcase the solutions and weave in differentiating value. All the while, she’s building her knowledgebase on the company and the matrixed team of resources she works with. She’s truly a master of her craft, of critical thinking, and so much more. "As HPC systems grow faster and more complex, federal agencies face unique challenges in balancing performance with security,” said our EVP and CSO, Ryan McCullough. “ShorePoint is committed to helping agencies navigate these evolving risks by providing expertise, guidance, and solutions tailored to high-performance computing environments."
