Congratulations to our project team for reaching more than 1,200 days without a lost time injury on our project in Shreveport, Louisiana. With more than 900 employees onsite across 70 contractors, dozens of pre-install and lift planning meetings, and significant crane and mechanical work, this milestone reflects strong coordination and a shared commitment to safety. Sarah Schettler, PE, Senior Design Engineer, recently spoke at Lean Construction Institute (US) Women at the Helm: Building Diverse, Lean Teams. The panel brought together women from the UCSF Health Helen Diller Hospital project to discuss how diverse perspectives strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and support Lean success across large healthcare projects. With women representing only about 11 percent of the construction workforce, their leadership, mentorship, and technical expertise continue to play a critical role in shaping project outcomes. Our Northern California Division recently hosted its second annual charity golf tournament at Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton, California. With the support of our sponsors, partners, and volunteers, the event raised $110,000 for Sutter Health's Carol Ann Read Breast Cancer Health Center.
