KEITH took off on the runway this weekend, literally! 🛫🏃♂️ We’re proud of the #KEITHteam members from our Miami and Pompano Beach offices who joined the 7th annual Uptown 5K on the Runway at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE). Having the honor of working on projects at FXE over the years, it was especially meaningful for our team to run, walk and contribute to a meaningful cause on its runway. KEITH’s Community Champions participated in the Downtown West Palm Beach’s intercoastal waterway for the second year in a row. Raising more than $2,500 for the 2025 American Heart Association’s Heart Walk, our West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie offices joined forces to raise awareness and funds for heart disease and stroke research. ✨ Project Spotlight: The Adderley – Downtown Fort Lauderdale ✨   KEITH was proud to attend the grand opening of The Adderley, a KEITH Life project that reimagines urban living in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This transformative mixed-use community includes 417 rental units, 8,861 SF of retail space, and a 561-space parking garage, all designed to foster a vibrant work, live, and play environment.   The KEITH Team provided comprehensive civil, survey, planning, landscape architecture, and construction/project management services. Public infrastructure enhancements included undergrounding overhead utilities along NW 7th Avenue, upgrading sidewalks, and designing lush landscaping throughout the site, including interior courtyards and an outdoor kitchen.   The Adderley pays tribute to the legacy of Cannonball Adderley, the iconic American jazz musician from Florida, and sets a new tone for resilient, community-centered development in the neighborhood.   #KEITHLife #CivilEngineering #LandscapeArchitecture #EngineeringInspiredDesign #DowntownFTL #TheAdderley

✨ Project Spotlight: Bombardier Aircraft Service Center at Miami-Opa Locka ✨ KEITH is proud to support the development of Bombardier’s new Aircraft Service Center at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF), a transformative KEITH Access project and aviation hub spanning over 31 acres. The facility includes 7.05 acres of hangar and office space, a 226-space parking lot, and an 11.52-acre apron designed to accommodate aircrafts more than 100,000 lbs. As Engineer of Record, KEITH delivered survey, planning, civil engineering, and construction engineering inspection services—ranging from site design and drainage to FAA-compliant apron layout and pollution prevention systems. In collaboration with the Miami-Dade Aviation Division (MDAD), KEITH accurately sized grit chambers, pipes, and oil/water separators for the airside pollution prevention system, and modified the airport’s Master Drainage Plan and Watershed 4 ICPR model to support long-term resilience and safety. #KEITHAccess #KEITHWater #CivilEngineering #EngineeringInspiredDesign #Bombardier #MiamiDadeAviation #OpaLockaExecutiveAirport Bombardier
