What a way to kick-off Web Summit 2025... Our client Lovable takes centre stage today, with CEO and co-founder Anton Osika joining Connie Loizos, Editor-in-Chief at TechCrunch, for a headline fireside chat on building for the 99% and how Lovable became the world’s fastest-growing tech company. Our UK team – Alex Mitchelmore and Olly Cooper – are also on the ground in Lisbon this week, diving into the latest trends, technologies, and innovations shaping the European tech landscape. It’s set to be a packed week as our clients take the stage to tackle some of the industry’s biggest topics - from post-quantum security with PQShield and AI in protein engineering with Cradle, to frontier AI inference with Fractile and the future of soundtracking with Epidemic Sound. Let’s go, #WebSummit!

Last week, we broke the internet. Outcast partnered with 1X Technologies to launch NEO, the first-ever humanoid robot designed for the home. Available for pre-order, NEO is a generational step-change in humanoid robotics and will usher in the future we’ve all been dreaming of since Rosie made her debut on the Jetsons all those years ago. We gave both Fast Company and The Wall Street Journal early access to the new NEO, and it took off from there - memes, headlines, Reddit threads, even Halloween costumes. You name it, we saw it. And we loved it. Huge thank you to the 1X team for your partnership and for trusting us with such a massive moment for your brand (and history)! 🎥: https://lnkd.in/epKmcU5h

The next generation of e-grocery just launched in Vienna! 🥐 🍎 Our team was on the ground with Veloq last week as they unveiled the world’s most advanced AI-driven grocery fulfilment centre and announced a global partnership with AutoStore™. This launch sets a new industry benchmark – achieving an incredible 30-minute order-to-route time across 20,000+ SKUs, including fresh, frozen, and pharmacy. A milestone that redefines what speed, precision, and efficiency mean in modern grocery fulfilment and marks the beginning of a new era where AI, automation, and intelligent orchestration power a smarter, more connected grocery ecosystem.

Last week, Outcasters Maggie Miller and Devin Getz were on the ground at Entrata’s 2025 Summit in Salt Lake City. Our client, Entrata, unveiled new AI-powered platforms, moving the industry closer to Autonomous Property Management, and welcomed cultural voices including Tom Brady, Bozoma Saint John, Ryan Smith, and even a surprise performance from Rob Gronkowski + puppies. Captured through a Gen Z 0.5 lens, Maggie and Devin partnered with Entrata as an integrated social and communications team, bringing the Summit’s energy to life both on the ground and online. It was a privilege to support Entrata and help connect these moments with leaders across the industry.

Last Thursday was a big media and ecosystem day for our client Anton Osika, Co-founder & CEO of Lovable. Anton joined BBC Radio 4’s Today programme in the morning, offering his perspective on Europe’s startup growth and what the UK must do to stay competitive in the global AI race. Thanks for having us, Will Bain! Later, Anton took the stage at the Antler European Founder Conference alongside Marius Meiners (Peec AI), Harry Stebbings (20VC) and Adam French (Antler) to debate what it truly takes to build and scale as a world-class founder. To round things off, Anton spoke with Katie Prescott and Danny Fortson on The Times Tech podcast about “vibe coding” and the future of building with AI. Definitely worth a listen! Always energising to see our clients shaping important conversations around AI, startups, and the future of tech innovation. You can check out Anton's interview with BBC Radio 4 Today and BBC Radio 5 Live Wake Up To Money here - link in the comments.
