One of the group’s key resources is its fabrication shop in Geismar, Louisiana, which handles planned shutdowns, turnarounds, outages and those middle-of-the-night emergencies. SWS has delivered critical support to clients across the country, establishing itself as a trusted partner for industrial facilities throughout the U.S.

Turner Industries was proud to once again sponsor the Kids Zone at Capital Area United Way - Baton Rouge's JAM JAM. This year's event brought together 65 jambalaya cooking teams and hundreds of supporters downtown to raise funds for local initiatives! We are honored to support United Way's mission to bring people together, empower families, and build a stronger community!

Congratulations to Roland Toups, Turner Industries Chairman Emeritius, on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2025 Louisiana Energy Awards. His leadership has guided Turner through decades of growth and continues to inspire the work we do today. As he says in the introductory video, "Nobody gets this award standing on their own." This simple truth mirrors the teamwork and dedication behind Roland's journey and the culture that defines us today.

Turner Industries designed and executed the lift of a 138,000-pound power house office building for Louisiana Sugar Refining in Gramercy, Louisiana. The structure required custom, in-house-designed rigging solutions to manage the lift and Turner's Liebherr LTM 1400 crane carefully hoisted the complete office building safely into place.

Turner Industries recently participated in Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.’s Build Your Future events in Baton Rouge, Houston and Freeport, TX connecting with thousands of students through hands-on demonstrations. Our team showcased Turner’s drone technology, equipment operation, and rope access capabilities, offering students a closer look at how these tools are shaping the future of our industry.
