    Today in "Learning about Nash with Trevor": How one enterprise giant won Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Peak season is like retail’s Super Bowl. Everything gets louder, faster, and a little chaotic. Big and bulky orders are the defensive linemen of delivery… they hit hard, and if your routing breaks, everyone feels it. This company didn’t just survive Black Friday/Cyber Monday. They treated it like a controlled science experiment powered by Nash’s orchestration. While most retailers were white-knuckling their dashboards, they were calmly pushing through massive volume with real precision. Here’s what happened when Nash took on their big and bulky BFCM surge: • 100k+ orders delivered with stability • 20% reduction in delivery costs • ~95% on-time delivery rate • ~85% batch rate The fun part is that these aren’t “light load” numbers. This all happened from November 26 to December 1, right when most networks start to wobble. This enterprise held steady because the system kept making smart, real-time decisions instead of throwing everything at the closest 3PL and hoping for the best. Peak season is risky. Most retailers make their year in this tiny window, and 75% of customers say one late holiday delivery sends them shopping somewhere else. This showed what happens when you take that seriously and run your last mile with AI instead of adrenaline.     We're delighted to confirm the relaunch of Snappy Shopper in five of our Food stores! This is part of our renewed focus on enhanced accessibility and flexibility for customers across our region. The new partnership sees Snappy Shopper orders fulfilled through a technical agreement with Nash who will coordinate deliveries on our behalf. This approach provides a more scalable, sustainable and efficient delivery model, allowing us to expand our reach. We relaunched last Monday and we can already see our members and customers are delighted to have Snappy Shopper back in our Barking Road, Costessey, Earls Colne, Mersea Road and Rushmere Food stores. #SnappyShopper #FoodDelivery #eCommerce
