This week, Team Members across U.S. Engineering participated in the Association for Talent Development’s Employee Learning Week. Organized by our Talent Development Team, our focus this year was on how AI can be used as a collaborator and a practical tool in our work. Cybersecurity Architect, Jermaine Gregory, shared insights on emerging technology and the evolving role of AI in cybersecurity. Solutions Architect Ryan Reed moderated a virtual panel where Team Members discussed how they’re using AI. The week emphasized open, honest conversations about AI and the critical approach of keeping humans in the loop. Big thank you to Holly Ray and her team for organizing Learning Week events and Team Member training!

What does supporting a culture of continuous learning look like? U.S. Engineering Service Manager Jeremy Hawkins recently showed us. Based in Springfield, Missouri, and serving the Ozarks region, Jeremy’s team brought a failed screw compressor back to the office for a closeup. Jeremy, a former factory technician, walked the team through the failure, sharing manufacturer-level insight to equip our technicians with the knowledge they need to keep customers informed. Hands-on learning opportunities like this one are one of the ways our technicians can deliver smarter, more reliable solutions for the region’s most critical systems. Thank you, Jeremy! And special shoutout to Service Technician Sonny Garcia for sharing this story. Read more: https://lnkd.in/g2dTQ4mJ
