Our ViaPlus and VINCI Highways teams in North America participated in the VINCI Highways Business Game, where we engaged in a dynamic simulation of operating a highway concession. The full-day exercise explored how the VINCI Highways model - such as operations, tolling digitalization, program management, and environmental investments - can drive performance and success. This collaborative experience was an opportunity to align on key themes in highway operations and deepen our understanding of the complex factors that shape the industry. The insights gained will help us continue delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions. A big thank you to Guillaume BRIERE and Jean Baptiste Lahoche for leading the workshop, and to all participants for fostering an engaging and educational environment. This week we welcomed Vanessa Clément and Tanguy BERTOLUS from VINCI Highways to our new office in Plano ⭐️ The team joined us to discuss department opportunities, operational synergies, and the ViaPlus roadmap for 2026, as well as for a tour of the impressive free-flow highway sites around Dallas managed by the North Texas Tollway Authority and powered by ViaPlus. At the IBTTA Annual Meeting last month in Denver, ViaPlus' Tawnya Freund and Cody Reynolds shared the stage with the State Road & Tollway Authority and Fagan Consulting, LLC to present the methodologies, decisions, and factors that led to the 11-month delivery of SRTA's new Customer Service System.
