What an honor to receive the Valuable 500 Nothing Without Us Change Maker of the Year award. This acceptance speech brings out my gratitude and joy. The Valuable 500 leadership recognize where gaps remain in elevating disability in business, in part by championing those bridging pathways of progress. A heartfelt thank you to Katy Talikowska, Maciej Stryjek, Charlotte Armstrong and the many others that orchestrated the inaugural recognition. Thank you to the award judges who push for greater disability visibility, action and accountability, and ultimately awarding the best of today as a north star shining a light on the horizon ahead. Most importantly, thank you to leadership at WPP, VML our clients, industry professional organizations, and ad journalists progressing creative and innovative accessibility and disability representation. VML was the world's first agency network to dedicate teams toward reframing possibilities and purpose of inclusive design and accessibility (forever thankful to Christina Mallon), and we're continuing to advance a raft of creativity and commitments in this space.
