First up: Sean and Hannah Stellmach, owners of Fitness Together Newburyport. Sean began his journey as a personal trainer fresh out of college and became a studio owner by 24, thanks to the support of a longtime client who believed in his vision. Today, he and his wife, Hannah, run their studio as a true family business— warm, personal, and deeply rooted in their local community. From hosting food drives and running training camps for student-athletes to supporting local nonprofits like Tough Warrior Princesses and The Pettengill House, Inc., Sean and Hannah embody what it means to lead with purpose. Elements Massage® Massage studios from across the Arizona market gathered at the WAVE (Wellness and Vitality Exchange) Headquarters for an energizing Summer of Skincare Retraining event! Two power-packed sessions brought owners, managers, WMAs and estheticians together for a full day of learning, collaboration and growth. 17 represented studios came together to: ✅ Set impactful goals around facials, retail, and memberships ✅ Master proven tactics to fill esthi books ✅ Explore smart staffing and scheduling strategies that drive real growth It’s always inspiring to see owners and their teams so committed to leveling up their client experiences and business performance.
