Associate Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Account Manager for our client in the apparel and fashion industry. The Associate Account Manager will manage key retail and wholesale accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for presenting seasonal assortments, managing the full order lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure outstanding account performance.

This role is based in the Dallas metro and will operate on a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key retail and wholesale partners
• Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets across assigned accounts
• Present seasonal assortments and secure buy commitments
• Oversee orders from purchase through delivery and replenishment
• Monitor sales, margins, inventory, and key financial KPIs
• Partner closely with merchandising, planning, production, logistics, and marketing teams
• Analyze performance and recommend actions to maximize sell-through and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Merchandising, Sales, or related field)
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or B2B retail (Two years minimum)
• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Highly organized, strategic, and results-driven
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Apparel or private label experience a plus
