In this video, we're going to look at Excel's conditional formatting rules manager, where you can view, modify, and delete existing rules as well as rearrange the order of rules and apply Stop If True settings. Currently, this file has one rule that highlights the rows where the unit cost is under $100. I'm going to add another rule that highlights the rows for Ethan. So Conditional Formatting, New Rule. I could write this with one of the built-in text formats, but let's go with the formulas. So we want where the manager equals and on "F4" to absolute just the column. Equals Ethan. And in the format, we're going to choose a border just so it's different from the cell fill. So we're going to apply two formats potentially. Click "OK". And you can see in Row 7, we have Ethan with both the cell fill and the borders. But what happens if I want to apply a cell fill color for rows that contain Ethan? Let's take a look at changing it.
