- [Narrator] On this worksheet, we're seeing a ton of data in columns A through R, all the way down to row 35. On top here are three different images of how you might want to present this information if you're making a presentation, in other words, with a lot less detail. And you can get to these in a very basic way, and that's simply by either hiding columns and/or hiding rows. But imagine in a presentation, if you started off with an image, somewhat like the one we're seeing off here to the left, now, if we wanted to expand that, in other words, show the columns that are hidden, you have to go through the Excel commands. Doesn't take too long. Or if you started with more detail, like what we're seeing in the background, you could drag across columns B, C, and D, and then hide those columns.
