You can think of them like a resistor in an electrical circuit. They don't stop the current, but they sure slow it down. These are the employees who dig in their heels, question every detail, and quietly undermine momentum. And the question is why? Now sometimes their resistance makes perfect sense. Their jobs might be at risk, their skills could be outdated, they may feel replaced by outside experts, new employees, and new systems. In these cases, you address it head-on. Yes, change is coming, but here's how you can stay relevant. Let's talk about re-skilling lateral moves or new opportunities.
