I'm keen on consulting tools because they let you build a quick yet comprehensive perspective. They are designed to save you time and build a clear view worthy of stakeholders' time. The BCG Matrix is also called Growth Share Matrix. The box is a two by two matrix with four quadrants. The axes represent low to high market growth and low to high market share.
