Denver Brown’s Post

We are officially launching the search for our Head of US Private Equity at Arbolus, and it got me thinking about how important transparency is in the interviewing process. Yes, this is a huge opportunity to help our private equity clients modernize their customer due diligence process and accelerate Arbolus's growth in the US market. But let’s be honest, it won’t be without challenges. Growth never comes without obstacles, and I want candidates to see both sides of the journey before committing. A big part of why I joined Arbolus was Sam Glasswell & Will Leeming willingness to be transparent about the journey that was ahead of me. They didn’t sugarcoat the challenges that would come with my role. Instead, we discussed them openly, and it was this transparency that allowed us to create a shared vision of what we needed to work on to hit the ground running together. You can't conquer a problem you don't fully understand. If you are an experienced leader who is ambitious, resilient, and thrives on solving complex, real-world business problems in a high-growth environment, I want to hear from you. Let’s have an honest conversation about what it will take to win in the US market. https://lnkd.in/espFawG7 #Hiring #Leadership #PrivateEquity #Transparency
