What if you, as an investor, could see your portfolio through the eyes of their actual end customers? A few weeks ago, I came back from paternity leave. Things move quickly at Arbolus and a lot of things can happen in just a few months, but what amazed me the most was how much our Customer Insights product had scaled in such a short period. Since May, we’ve added over 50k new reviews on tech vendors to our database: why the user chose this tech product over another, what they are using the product for, what they like and dislike about it, how much they’re spending, and even why they’re thinking about ditching it and going with the competition. We’re making it easy to leverage the customer angle for any due diligence. We engineered Arbolus’ Customer Insights to provide a double win: - For investors: It makes it easy to factor in the customer angle, providing the timely, objective, and off-the-shelf insights needed to build conviction on tech assets quickly. - For experts: It creates a powerful new avenue for them to monetize their domain expertise and experience with tech products. I’m very proud of what the team has accomplished so far, but I'm even prouder of the vision we have and the roadmap we’re building to get there. It’s exciting to be back!!
