I am incredibly proud to announce that Secoda has been acquired by Atlassian! Andrew and I founded Secoda to make data accessible to everyone. By joining forces with a team so deeply aligned with our vision for teamwork, we are taking a major step forward in connecting people, work, and knowledge. Enterprises today are overwhelmed by data. It lives in different tools, different formats, and often only in people’s heads. Data is supposed to power AI, but in reality, most organizations spend their time just trying to find, understand and trust it. Secoda turns this difficult to understand data into a reliable source of truth that powers AI for Analytics. Atlassian has decades of understanding of how work actually happens day‑to‑day. Information about how teams collaborate, ship, and make decisions across products like Jira and Confluence, captured through the Teamwork Graph and brought to life with Rovo. By joining forces, we’re closing the gap between how work happens and the data behind it. Together, Secoda and Atlassian are uniquely positioned to give teams a single, AI-ready view of their organization. We believe this will be we will help every customer scale AI with confidence and turn their data into a true competitive advantage. We wanted to share a thank you to our customers, partners, investors and team. Reaching this outcome is only possible because you trusted us from day one. We hope you are as proud of this result as we are.If you're a Secoda customer today, your experience will not change. The team that built Secoda is joining Atlassian to continue our journey. If you’re not using Secoda today but are interested in exploring how Atlassian and Secoda can help your teams find, understand, and use your data more effectively, please contact us to learn more. On to the next chapter! https://lnkd.in/eFfxVpXV
Enterprises burning 40 percent of their analytics time just finding data will feel this shift immediately. The gap between how work happens and where data lives is the real blocker. In your view, which team feels the impact of a unified AI ready layer first?
Amazing news. Congratulations Etai! Funny enough before seeing this news I was listening to Ben Thompson's interview with Mike Cannon-Brookes and his views on the future of Atlassian and how AI fits into it. I'm confident Atlassian will be a great place for Secoda and your team!

Etai Mizrahi I see this announcement as a strategically significant milestone. Atlassian clearly understands that the future isn’t just about managing projects or tasks, but about enabling true enterprise intelligence, connecting daily operations, organizational knowledge, data, and decision-making into one coherent ecosystem. The acquisition of Secoda provides a foundational building block for this shift. If the integration is executed thoughtfully, with intuitive user experiences, strong data governance, and meaningful customer enablement, this could become one of the most transformative evolutions in Atlassian’s product landscape over the coming years. Good luck
