On Saturday, I had the great pleasure of giving an introduction about DeepJudge and sharing learnings on implementing Legal Technology at the CAS Legal Technology by Ioannis Martinis. Reflecting on the event: First, Search is the critical piece for connecting your users, models, and agents to your company's data in a secure and scalable way. Everyone has access to the same models, but the data makes the difference. Am I repeating myself? Yes ... but that doesn't make it less true. Secondly, the legal world is quickly changing. Though we're a product company, it's not enough to build a great product; you also need to understand and help your customers' implementation and change management process to gain wide acceptance of your product. Lastly, building a great product requires constant dialogue with your users and potential users, and as such, I hope we can continue to engage with the Legal community.
