Cold-Weather Flight Test, Lincoln Beach, Spanish Fork, UT Aeonix Energy, Inc. successfully completed a cold-weather drone flight test this morning using a DJI platform powered by our domestically manufactured anode-free lithium-metal batteries, advancing our mission to strengthen the U.S. military and aerospace battery supply chain. At approximately 0 °C, where conventional lithium-ion packs typically suffer from restricted power output and severe capacity loss, our cells maintained stable thrust and voltage performance, delivering reliable energy throughout the flight, mirroring the demanding environments faced by military UAVs.
