AI is unlikely to replace developers or QA. Even more: what is also truly important is to test what AI generates: every line of AI-generated code still needs validation. It's not like humans won't develop or test anymore; they will make sure what is made or verified with AI actually works.

Fully agree about organisations. In my daily PM work, AI already boosts speed and clarity — and developers feel the same. The challenge now is organizational structure: without a cohesive AI strategy, teams innovate on their own, but the company loses alignment and long-term value. _ romapeer.page.gd
