We recently welcomed the Boston Audio Engineering Society to Bose HQ. Serving the New England region, the Boston AES hosts a wide range of technical, academic, and social events throughout the year. During their visit, more than 80 audio professionals joined us for guided lab tours and hands-on product demonstrations, exploring our latest audio research and technology. We wrapped up the day by raffling off a pair of Ultra Open Earbuds. Congratulations to the student from UMass Lowell who took them home!

Circa 2017, I got the same tour after AES Boston and shortly after knew I wanted to work at Bose. It’s been 8 years since applying and accepting my first role with Bose, and I fondly remember my first tour. It has a lot of value and made an impact on my career!

Please can the following be forwarded to Lila Snyder in hope Bose will then listen to its customers. I received an email from Bose on 9th October 2025 as I’m a long term loyal customer. It was a very disappointing email in relation to the decision to stop supporting the Soundtouch range of speakers. I actually have 6 around the house that I use daily, from the Soundtouch 10, 20s and 30. They are fantastic bits of kit that look very elegant on display and give the Boss amazing sound. The decision to stop supporting will make using them so difficult with no TuneIn, Spotify etc and the app the speakers are useless. I can only ask a rethink to keep the service going even if a small monthly fee is applied. Without the continued support it will render the speakers no use, it will push so many customers away for them to start to look at alternative manufacturers. To this day Bose no longer offers elegant speakers like the Soundtouch as they are timeless looking. Please see photos attached. Please please reconsider and please see the amount of existing customers now very unhappy with your current decision. Kind regards Phill
