Each year at our annual Franchisee Convention, we host the Whopper Challenge, bringing together Team Members across North America to see who can make the best “Gold Standard Whopper”. It’s all about precision, consistency, and pride in crafting the Whopper. This year, out of a record-breaking 560 submissions, Judith Nomil from Hawaii rose to the top to become this year’s Whopper Challenge Champion An 11-year Burger King Team Member, Judith impressed judges with her attention to detail, efficiency, and above all else, delicious tasting flame-grilled Whopper. She took home a whopping $10,000 prize, and her story is a reminder of the passion and pride that Team Members bring to Burger King every day. Congratulations to Judith and to all the Team Members who competed this year, it’s your skill and dedication that make the Whopper so iconic!
Dear Concern Team, I had a very bad experience today when I went to Burger King(Gaur City Mall,Greater Noida West), a major brand, and ordered a coffee espresso. I received a shot of coffee. It was a very thick, one-spoon coffee, which was impossible to drink. I had never experienced anything like this before. When I contacted Burger King, they said, "You're probably drinking this for the first time, and this is what espresso is." I asked, "How can you drink it?" They said, "Shri Akash," "You can look at the picture," but the picture they showed and the one we saw were different. They didn't want to hear anything. Now, the point is, if you think a customer is ordering something wrong, you should ask customer service to confirm the order. But no, why would they do that? Because the customer has already been cut off. I then spoke with their area manager, Shri Sudhanshu, and asked, "Are you serving your customers like this?" But I don't know what happened next." Amazing Burger King! Keeping the whopper challenge alive! I remember my territory in LAC- Guatemala wining in 2016-17! Still have the amazing photos and remember how happy he and the challenger from Spain were seeing the US and going to Disney!
I’m sharing a deeply upsetting and discriminatory experience that happened at the Burger King restaurant at 54 St Patrick’s St, Cork (T12 RV07) on 19/10/2025 around 2:30 a.m. My boyfriend, our friends, and I were sitting together, talking and laughing, when a male security guard — seemingly following directions from a blonde female security staff member — repeatedly circled around our table. Eventually, he approached us and told my boyfriend, who is Black, to leave the restaurant without giving any explanation. When we asked why he was being singled out, the guard didn’t respond and started to touch my boyfriend aggressively. Our friends tried to intervene, but the guard expelled all of us from the restaurant. During the argument, he verbally insulted us, and when I defended my boyfriend, he called me a “bitch” and told me to “fuck off.” This behaviour is completely unacceptable, discriminatory, and aggressive. I truly hope Burger King Ireland investigates this incident, identifies those responsible, and takes proper action. No one should ever be treated this way.

I love myself a good whopper! I’m really into the impossible whoppers as well. I use your app and had a horrible experience recently in Waterford/Pontiac, Michigan. The manager would not let me use the app, even though it was thinking… there is no 800 number to call to complain. The only number is for the actual location, which I don’t want to complain to because she’s the manager.
