⸻ Good afternoon, team. This morning, your employee, Coy Matlock, harassed me multiple times on the phone, calling my cell phone repeatedly and making offensive remarks, including calling me “illiterate.” I assure you, I am fully capable of reading. His behavior was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a service operations manager role, and it reflects very poorly on your company. I have already contacted the police, filed a report, and am in the process of pursuing a restraining order. I want to be clear that under no circumstances should Mr. Matlock or any representative from your company contact me again by phone, text, or email. Any further attempts will be met with legal action. You should be ashamed that your company allows employees to harass consultants who are there to help you succeed. I will also make sure that the broader industry is aware of this incident and the type of people you have working for you. It is deeply disappointing and unprofessional, and it undermines any future collaboration. Please advise Mr. Matlock accordingly and ensure that he does not contact me again. Best regards.

Attempts to resolve the issue through your internal channels have not been acknowledged appropriately, and further steps are being prepared as a result.
