When I joined Compunnel, I wasn’t even sure if I could manage US (night shifts). I just took a chance. The first six months were tough—no offers, targets piling up, and lots of uncertainty. But meanwhile, how my managers motivated and guided me was so supportive. And everything changed when I got my first offer and my first incentive. That moment pushed me forward. From there came more offers, more confidence, and more growth. Compunnel didn’t just shape me professionally—it helped me grow personally, teaching me patience, responsibility, and how to handle tough situations. Most importantly, it gave me many unforgettable “firsts”: my first investment, first gold ornament, first iPhone, first vehicle, my dream trip, my wedding expenses, and now the ability to secure my newborn’s future. This year, I experienced a moment that made me truly thankful to be a part of Compunnel. I fell unwell last week, and the kind of support I received from everyone around me was overwhelming. My teammates Sourabh S. and Abhishek Kaushik immediately stepped in to help me. The Admin team arranged a cab within minutes without any delay. My HRBPs, Meenal And Priti Verma, personally took me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time until I was stable and discharged. Their care and quick action meant so much to me during that situation. This is just one moment — not the only one. There have been many times when I’ve felt truly blessed to be working with Compunnel. For me, Compunnel is not just a workplace; it’s a place where people genuinely care. And that’s what I’m truly thankful for this year.
