We began the morning by welcoming our colleagues with a Men’s Day card + a moment of sweetness, as they entered the office - a simple gesture that set the tone for a meaningful day ahead. What followed was even more heartfelt. Our female colleagues from across the organisation shared personal appreciation notes and inspirational messages as cards, dedicated to our male colleagues. These messages were pinned on our Hidden Wall, turning it into a space of positivity and gratitude. For our remote teammates, they shared digital appreciation cards, ensuring no one missed out. Imagine logging in and seeing a message written just for you - a small surprise that made a big impact. The smiles, cheers, and warm reactions reminded us why we’re proud to be part of a culture that believes in lifting each other up at every moment. Proud to be FE fundinfo.
