Around the world, governments are in an AI race ... not for weapons, but for trust. The challenge isn’t just adopting new tools, it’s rethinking how institutions operate altogether. Helios exists to power that transformation. Proxi, our AI-native platform, helps government leaders anticipate change, act with confidence, and build systems worthy of public trust. From his recent FINTECH.TV interview at the NYSE, Helios Co-founder & President Joseph A. Farsakh explores what it takes for governments to lead — not lag — in the era of AI-driven policy.

The titans of artificial intelligence have been cutting massive deals among themselves, causing critics to wonder whether they may be inflating an unsustainable bubble rather than creating long-term value for shareholders. Yet what might look like money looping around Silicon Valley is, in our view, a set of strategic partnerships designed to ensure that the industry has access to enough computational horsepower to meet ravenous future demand for AI, in all its forms. Y T Boon, Head of Thematic - Asia, shares his take in a new article here: http://spklr.io/6040BzvQQ

🔔 The UK Just Flipped the Switch on AI Sandboxes. This week, the UK government launched AI regulatory sandboxes, real-world test zones where innovators can build, train, and deploy AI under flexible rules. It’s the same playbook that turned fintech from a niche to a powerhouse. Now, it’s AI’s turn. At Blueberry Capital, we see this as a defining moment for the UK’s innovation economy. By pairing freedom to experiment with responsible oversight, these sandboxes could unlock a new generation of scalable, compliant AI ventures, exactly where we focus our capital. The winners in this new landscape? Founders who can move fast and build trust. If you’re building in AI infrastructure, data integrity, or compliance innovation, we would love to hear from you. #AI #BlueberryCapital #VentureCapital #Innovation #ArtificialIntelligence #UKTech #AIFinance #Regulation #Investing #ResponsibleAI #Sandboxes #FutureofAI #Founders

📢 The EU is considering a 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗰𝘁, following pressure from U.S. tech giants and Washington. Originally set for full implementation after August 2024, some provisions may now be paused, just as the Commission and U.S. counterparts negotiate simplification steps before the November 19 deadline. The AI Act was designed to set the global standard. Any retreat could shift the balance of digital rulemaking power away from Europe. AI startups should watch this closely. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dTJcCWFH #LeadEarly #AIregulation #EUtech #AIlaw #Deeptech

What's working? What isn't? How do you scale? 🤔 Vigilant AI.ai's very own Michael Anyfantakis is leading a practical conversation FTT Fintech Festival on how organisations are actually adopting GenAI today. Along with the panel he'll be covering some of the key questions we're hearing regulated businesses ask; ✅ What’s working? ❌ What isn’t? 📈 How do you scale responsibly? Michael will frame why now matters. GenAI shifts us from deterministic, system-led projects to collaborative, incremental change. Think less “big bang,” more “build–measure–learn.” 💥 Promises to be a great discussion. If you're there - make sure you don't miss out!
