Dear Team, I have purchased a Laser Printer MFP M126a plus on 25th Sept 2025. while normal printing a peace of sticker is stucked on fuser roller. A technician has visited and found that the fuser is defected and escalated to the management team but they are not able to support and asking for chargeable basis. now they have call closed without my Sign and acceptance. Hope for your positive support.
