While we (Stratitude (AMIN Worldwide South Africa) were busy recording this video for Transnova Africa, I thought about the very valid point that Carsten Schubert was making and how it's relevant to ALL industries. So often we get asked to respond to an RFP, which can be vague and not specific to the needs of the client. If that client had an existing strategy, and a clear understanding of what they were looking for, they'd be able to issue an RFQ and then compare like-with-like, making the procurement process much more specific and clearer. But Carsten puts it much better than I do in his video.
