When Anatolia was a young girl in the 1990s, her country, Timor-Leste, was already in a turbulent fight for independence that lasted over two decades. Because of this, she was unable to attend school. As an adult, through her own hard work growing and selling food, Anatolia was able to make vital home improvements and later send her own children to school.
