Welcome, Collin!
I'm excited to welcome Collin Montag as Lume (YC W23)'s founding engineer! Collin joined the company about 6 months back from Google’s Pub/Sub team, and he’s been fundamental Lume's growth. He’s a swiss-army knife, leading infrastructure, AI, customer support, and many other efforts at the company. When we met Collin, we immediately knew he was a fit and a 1/1 candidate. He wanted to work on very hard problems and have extreme ownership and leadership over Lume’s direction. Since joining, he redesigned our entire infrastructure from scratch. Our customer’s CTO, recognizing how complex Lume’s data infrastructure must be, was shocked one person built it. This person is Collin. Most importantly, Collin is an upstanding person. He’s a pleasure to be around, and it’s an honor to work alongside him. Excited to have you onboard (and officially announced many months later 😄)! ---- And, we're still hiring!
