Gopi Kallayil highlighted the gap between what people say they trust and how they behave, noting that while few claim they’d trust #AI with their lives, millions now ride in autonomous cars without hesitation. He called the pace of normalization “astounding.”
It seems from a lot that you've been saying and. Um, you know, customer journey collapsing, uh, customer journey being taken on by AI agents. And you know I creating instant outfits as you were talking about AI interpreting variable data that I was talking about. Am I comparing by bicycles? If, if the consumer speed of decision making is changing and and becoming faster, the organizations speed of decision making has to change and become faster in the world. If customer decisions are happening in different ways, a native organizations will have to support learning about that rapid experimentation, performance dashboards, you know, things, things of that sort. It's trying, testing, experimenting to keep pace with trying to understand how this works. Consumer behavior is exactly changing and are we are we keeping up with it?
